Changes or processing of services of SuperGraphik Studios Ltd , in particular their further development by the client or by third parties working for them, are only permitted with the express consent of SuperGraphik Studios Ltd.
NDAs
If you have been passed any confidential documents, you consent to our non disclosure agreements simply by opening the document. Any breech of agreement may result in legal proceedings.
LIABILITY
We reserve the right to exclude ourselves from any liabilties or claims regardless of situation, whether it be direct or indirect damages that are sought after. Any liability on the part of SuperGraphik Studio Ltd for claims made against the client on the basis of the services provided by us is expressly excluded. The client must ensure that the content associated with them is ethically and legally compliant and does not violate the requirements of third parties. We are not liable for any legal costs. Clients indemnify and hold us harmless in this regard.
REGISTRATION
By registering with SuperGraphik Studio Ltd you guarantee that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you supply is true and accurate; you agree to notify us as soon as is possible of any changes by email. By registering you also agree that you are responsible for your own account security, your password and any activities on your account. You agree to notify us of any unauthorised use of your name or password that comes to your attention. SuperGraphik Studio cannot be held responsible for any internet malpractice.
WORKSHOPS
All workshops must be pre-booked online, and be paid for in full prior to start dates. You will be notified by email of any confirmed bookings. We reserve the right to make changes to or cancel our workshop sessions/events. In the unlikely event that we do cancel, we well either rearrange a date or we will refund you.
PAYMENTS
Invoices should be paid on time, and in line with details set out in our invoices. Payments should be made within a maximum of 30 days from date of invoice. Late payment is not only frowned upon, but will result in interest accrued: 5% of outstanding amount to be added every 5 business days, starting from 31st day after receipt of finished service.
Workshop payments should be made for the correct amount for each workshop. Please include a reference that we can recognise.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible if you have made any errors.
PERSONAL SAFETY
Workshops:
Child safety and their welfare is a priority and of utmost importance. We have strict policies that protect them as well as ourselves. However, even though we strive to do everything we can, we cannot be held responsible for any occurrences that may effect any child or parent during the course of our workshops or events.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal items. We shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss suffered by a child, parent or carer as a result of the cancellation of a workshop(s). Nor shall we be liable for any other type of claim against us regarding any of our products or services. You come to our website at your own risk. If you download any content, it is at your own risk. Although we keep the site and our content as safe as we can, we can not be held responsible for any direct or indirect loss of any kind.
PRIVACY
SuperGraphik Studio Ltd endeavours to comply fully with all relevant Data Protection and consumer legislation and treats all personal information as fully confidential.
If we collect your personal information (for example, your name, email address etc) when you subscribe to our mailing list, enter competitions and provide feedback; when you make bookings, we may collect your name, email and delivery address and payment details, to service your booking. SuperGraphik Studio Ltd will not share your details with third parties unless you give us permission to do so.
However, to perform credit-card transactions and fulfil orders, SuperGraphik Studio Ltd uses reputable third-party banking and distribution institutions.
